During major events including the MIPIM, Monaco Grand Prix, Cannes Film Festival, and Lions International Festival of Creativity, a 72-hour cancellation notice is required to qualify for a full refund. This extended notice period helps us manage the high demand and limited vehicle availability characteristic of these periods.
Changes to the booking details (time/date/vehicle) are subject to administrative fees of 15€

If the passenger does not appear and makes contact with our driver or reservation team after 60 min after the booked time and the designated pick-up point, we reserve the right to make full charge for the journey.
Our bookings cancellation policy reflects the availability of the vehicles in our fleet. Upon acceptance of your booking we reserve the availability of the vehicle for you and subsequently refuse all other bookings for that vehicle at that time and on that date.
