Welcome to Cannes Limo Service. These Terms and Conditions govern the provision of luxury transportation services offered to our esteemed clientele. By engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these terms, which outline our mutual obligations and ensure a superior service experience.
Cannes Limo Service offers premier chauffeured transportation services across the French Riviera. Our fleet includes luxury sedans, SUVs, and limousines, available for airport transfers, events, private tours, and bespoke travel needs. Services are subject to availability and may be tailored to meet the specific requirements of our clients.
Bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance. A deposit of 30% is required to secure a reservation.
If a booking is canceled within 4 hour of the requested pick-up time we reserve the right to make full charge for the journey. If however the pick-up location necessitates the car being despatched more than four hour before the pick-up time we again reserve the right to make full charge for the journey.
We understand that third party circumstances may not allow you to reach the pickup location on time. This is why we provide a free waiting time service.
Airport Pickups : The first 60 minutes of waiting time is included in the hire price and starts from the moment the plane has landed. Thereafter, the waiting time will be charged at our hourly rate based on our current tariff at the time of the journey.
Cannes Limo Service operates a strict No Smoking policy in all our vehicles.
Payment can be made via credit card, bank transfer, cash, or PayPal (an additional charge applies for PayPal transactions). Full payment is required at the time of service, except for account holders who have negotiated terms. Late payments may incur additional charges. In accordance with French law, in the event of a delay in payment beyond the agreed terms, a legal compensation charge of €40, plus interest, will be applied.
Cannes Limo Service carries comprehensive insurance coverage for all vehicles and passengers. Our liability is limited to the coverage provided by our insurance policy. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including weather, traffic, and road conditions.
